A July calendar of simple activities to build resilience in kids, helping them bounce back from challenges like those faced during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If the COVID-19 pandemic taught us anything, it’s that we need to provide our kids with strategies and tools they can use to help them work through challenges, bounce back from adversity, and face future difficulties. We need to equip our children to be resilient!

Nelson Mandela once said, “Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” These are timely words we can aspire to, as we begin to navigate the speed bumps we may encounter as we re-engage in many activities and events for the first time in over a year.
