Fairmont Prep Shadow Days
Investing in a Fairmont Private Schools education means giving students more than just a seat in the classroom, it’s a launchpad for confidence, creativity, and real-world readiness. Our tuition fees are thoughtfully structured and can be paid in full, in two installments, or through convenient monthly payments.
Ages 3 - 5
Immersed in a safe and stimulating environment, our youngest students in Preschool and Pre-K build strong academic foundations and essential social, emotional, and resilience skills progressing with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme.

Fairmont awards a limited number of financial aid grants each year. Applications open on 1 March and are managed through FAST. Early applications are reviewed first, and awards are given on a rolling basis.
FAST reviews your financial need but doesn’t decide who gets aid or how much, your information stays confidential. The Fairmont Financial Aid Committee makes the final decision, and any award appears in your child’s contract.
To apply, log in to your FAST account. You can save your progress and return later. There’s a non-refundable $53 fee, payable by credit card. Applications aren’t processed until the fee is paid. You’ll need to upload your complete 2024 federal and state tax returns (with all schedules), your 2024 business tax return if you have one, and paystubs for all household wage-earners dated no earlier than October 2024. Incomplete applications or missing documents may mean you’re not eligible for aid in the 2025–2026 school year.
The Financial Aid Committee reviews applications as soon as FAST returns them, and awards are reflected in enrollment contracts. FAST offers 24/7 support at 1-877-326-FAST (3278), or email facommittee@fairmontschools.com if you have questions.
