Jill Thomas, our on-staff Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, works in tandem with parents, teachers, and campus leadership to help identify both academic and personal challenges that may be preventing a student from achieving their personal best. She has been serving students and families at Fairmont for over two decades.
At our private school in Anaheim, students feel secure, supported, and ready to grow, knowing every adult is trained to spot what matters and act fast.
Dedicated safeguarding teams are always on hand, guiding students through challenges and celebrating their wins. Clear policies and ongoing staff training keep our environment strong and responsive.
Students learn in fully secure spaces where only authorized students, staff, and visitors step inside - so everyone feels safe and protected.
Our team welcomes guests with a friendly check-in with ID identification, making sure every visitor is greeted, verified, and supported from the moment they arrive.
Our community relies on trained security guards who watch over campus 24 hours, offer reassurance, and respond quickly to keep students and staff safe.
All learning spaces are monitored with CCTV, providing continuous oversight that protects students, staff, and property every day.
Volunteers are vetted through fingerprinting, ensuring every parent helper and chaperone is trusted and ready to support students.
All our people are committed to stop bullying in its tracks by stepping in fast, upholding the Fairmont Code of Conduct, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
Our team releases students only to registered adults with ID, guaranteeing every child leaves campus safely and families have peace of mind.
We protect health by reporting illnesses, authorizing medications, and using clear physician-approved labels for every student.
We require up-to-date immunization records before attendance, safeguarding campus health and keeping learning uninterrupted.
Before students join after-school athletics, we collect signed waivers , so every athlete trains with wellbeing in mind.
Our extended day options are supervised with daily attendance, authorized sign-out, and clear procedures for late pick-up, ensuring students are always supported.
Students and staff know how to respond to emergencies with up-to-date contacts and immediate hospital care for severe cases, so families know help is always close by.
