Dr. Jennifer Maan is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching and leadership across elementary, middle school, and higher education. She brings a rich and diverse background, having taught in both public and private schools on the East and West Coasts of the U.S., as well as internationally in Amman, Jordan. Dr. Maan has served as an Assistant Professor and Program Chair of the Elementary Education Department at Trinity Washington University and has held school leadership roles including Principal and Director of Online Learning at private schools in Orange County, California. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Education from Claremont Graduate University, a B.A. from UCSD, and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential and an Administrative Services Credential. A proud Klingenstein Heads of School Fellow at Columbia University, Dr. Maan is committed to building strong school communities where every student feels seen, challenged, and inspired. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys running, yoga, and spending time with her husband Raj and their dog Basil.
Dominique Bongcayao is a dedicated admissions and enrollment professional at Fairmont Schools’ North Tustin Campus, where she plays a key role in guiding families through every step of the enrollment journey. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has served as a school director for more than 10 years. With over 20 years of experience in education, administration, school admissions, and family engagement, Dominique brings both precision and warmth to her work, ensuring that every family feels supported, informed, and welcomed into the Fairmont community. Known for her attention to detail and her relationship-focused approach, she strives to create a smooth and personalized admissions process that reflects Fairmont’s commitment to excellence. She takes pride in fostering connections between families, staff, and the broader Fairmont community, helping students find the right academic path where they can thrive. Dominique is passionate about education, family partnerships, and creating welcoming spaces for students of all ages. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, practicing Pilates, exploring new culinary experiences, and spending quality time with her husband and children.
Chance Campbell began his career in education over five years ago working as a college and career coordinator and recently graduated from Chapman University in 2023 with his Master’s Degree in School Counseling. He has over five years of school counseling experience at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. He is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. He enjoys bringing out the best in his students and helping them reach their potential. Chance also has experience in the sports psychology field and has helped college athletes with the mental aspects of sports. As a former college athlete, his free time consists of anything and everything sports as he coaches baseball and football and plays golf. He spends his free time with his French Bulldogs, Bear and Teddy.
With professional experience across private and public education in two states—and leadership roles in the nonprofit and corporate sectors—Katie Holmes brings a unique blend of strategic vision, instructional leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing educational equity within independent school communities. She holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on School Leadership, a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a California Administrative Services Credential. Her career spans K–12 private school settings, mission-driven organizations, and cross-sector partnerships, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of school culture, faculty development, community engagement, and the intersections between education, social impact, and philanthropy.
This diverse background enables her to lead inclusive, results-oriented initiatives that support diverse learners and strengthen the overall school community.
