Annual tuition rates
One payment: Payment in full by July 1, 2026
Two payments: Payment of 70% due by July 1, 2026 and 30% due by December 1, 2026
Monthly payments: 10-month payment plan through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFTs) with the first payment due August 1, 2026 and the last payment due May 1, 2027

Participation fees
Additional fees apply for students involved in sports, travel week, performing arts, clubs, speech and debate, robotics, and other extracurricular activities.
Language support
Students receive additional language support tailored to their needs and demonstrated progress.

Families receive a $500 discount for each additional child enrolled.
Fairmont awards a limited number of financial aid grants each year, all managed through Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Applications open on March 1, and early submissions are prioritized, as awards are distributed on a rolling basis.FAST conducts a need-based evaluation but does not determine who receives aid or the award amounts. All information remains confidential. Final decisions are made by the Fairmont Financial Aid Committee, and any approved award will be reflected in your child’s enrollment contract.To apply, log in to your FAST account. The system is self-guided, so you can save your progress and continue later if needed.A non-refundable $53.00 fee, payable by credit card, must be submitted before your application is processed. You will need to upload full copies of your 2024 federal and state tax returns (including all schedules), 2024 business tax returns if applicable, and pay stubs for all household earners dated no earlier than October 2024.Applications that are incomplete or missing documents may result in ineligibility for financial aid for the 2025–2026 school year.The Financial Aid Committee reviews applications as soon as FAST submits them, and awards are noted in enrollment contracts.
