Fairmont Wins Family-Owned Business Award From Anaheim Chamber

October 2011

Fairmont Private Schools is the recent recipient of the Family-Owned Business Award from the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce. One of 17 award recipients, Fairmont will be honored on Nov. 16, 2011 at the Business Awards Luncheon following the 2011 Anaheim Business Development Conference at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.

The Anaheim Chamber's annual business awards program recognizes leaders in the community who demonstrate an excellence within their particular industry by contributing to Anaheim's economic vitality, maintaining a leadership role in the Anaheim business community, and giving back to the community.

"The Anaheim Chamber of Commerce is so proud to recognize those businesses that are building a strong local economy," said Todd Ament, president and CEO of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce. "In a community filled with businesses worthy of recognition, it can be tough to select a winner but this year's awardees made a significant impact on Anaheim's economy and were excellent stewards of the community. We are very grateful for what they bring to our city."

"Fairmont has a long history in Anaheim and we are proud to contribute to the vibrancy and economic strength of the city. More impactful than our role in strengthening the local economy is our calling to provide the best educational opportunities for Anaheim's next generation of leaders," said Fairmont President and owner David Jackson.
