    Students will journey all over the world in this ten week cooking series. We will be making recipes from a different country each week, including snacks, meals and desserts. This is a fun class to get your kids interested in the kitchen.

    DISCOVERING SCIENCE

    Get ready to transform into your favorite Superhero! Join the “DS League” as we recreate some of the most famous Superhero gadgets and Super Powers from heroes like Batman, Wonder Woman, and of course, Superman! We will explore the super strength of Batman’s Grappling Hook while conducting real experiments. Get ready to deflect even the most powerful Sonic BOOMS, using real metals to construct the high strength shield of Wonder Woman! Up next, we will use real Lasers to test one of the most powerful abilities of any superhero…Superman’s red hot Laser Vision! Build your own Armored Batmobile, Freeze ray and even discover the art of invisibility!
  • MS. K’S CODING CLUB

    MS. K’S CODING CLUB

    Help your child prepare for the future! Learning to code can help them with problem solving, logical reasoning, math and physical principles. Our club makes learning computer science fun! Using Scratch, a program developed by MIT, we start with very simple steps and gradually grow into coding sophisticated animations, games, and interactive stories. No prior experience necessary and new projects introduced each new session!
  • DRAWING, PAINTING, & CREATING ART

    DRAWING, PAINTING, & CREATING ART

    This class is designed to encourage students to draw, paint, and create artwork that interests them. Students can use their own “style” or they can learn from the Masters. Impressionism, Realism, Expressionism, and even cartooning are options. Students will have their choice of media: pencil, crayon, paint, soft pastel, oil pastel, or mixed media. Each student works at his or her own pace. Students will be encouraged to enter local, state, and national contests.
  • INTERMEDIATE ROBOTICS

    INTERMEDIATE ROBOTICS

    Students will find themselves applying math and science concepts (STEM) to solve problems, use computer software to successfully program a robot, and strengthen their communication skills by learning to effectively collaborate with a team. Students will gain skills that they will apply throughout their academic career, all while having fun learning. This session we will take it out of the ballpark and right into our room. There are no requirements necessary for students to join, and each week is a unique and exciting experience.
  • BEGINNING LEGO ROBOTICS

    BEGINNING LEGO ROBOTICS

    This session will be exploring a Boardwalk. Our young student will start using fundamental math and science concepts to solve problems, learn the basics of programming a robot, and discover how to successfully work in a team and learn from each other. Young students will love using their creativity all while developing their dexterity, social and critical thinking skills. There are no requirements for students to join, and each session is a unique and exciting experience.
  • BASKETBALL/TENNIS COMBO CLASS

    BASKETBALL/TENNIS COMBO CLASS

    Safety and Sportsmanship score big in this fun combination of the fast paced game of basketball and the exhilarating game of tennis! This is a great class for your child to try these two sports each week. Players will be divided into groups by age and equipment for the student’s size will be used.     JAZZ & HIP HOP

    Your child will learn a combination of Jazz and Hip Hop Dance Technique, with today’s most exciting steps, and age appropriate music and movements. This class builds body awareness and self confidence along with flexibility and strength while teaching dance skills.
