    JURASSIC BRICK LAND - ROBOTICS & ENGINEERING WITH LEGO

    Put on your hiking boots and camouflage...you’re about to enter Jurassic Brick Land! Students will build a world that comes to life with gentle Brontosaurus, ferocious Velociraptor, terrible T.Rex, and more using LEGO® bricks! We’ll learn about amazing dinosaurs that lived during the Jurassic period, and other extinct, prehistoric animals that roamed the earth and swam the seas during that era and millions of years later. Show us your building skills using our specialized Project Kits and Color Kits!Each student receives a customized minifigure and Certificate of Achievement on the last day of class!

    SUPERHERO STORYTELLERS WITH LEGO

    Strategic Kids Lego class will bring your child’s imagination to life! Participants will use LEGOS to learn about the art of storytelling in a handson, creative environment. Children will learn about the different parts of a story, working with a team, public speaking and more! They will use their favorite Star Wars stories & characters to solve problems, crate stories all while we promote their creative writing & presentation skills in a fun way!

    ACADEMIC ORIGAMI

    Academic Origami is BACK with NEW LESSONS! Modular & Action Origami is a fun and exciting class where children will learn to create their own action models using the Japanese art of origami. Students will make a Sumo wrestler, spinner, transforming ninja star, & more. The entire class will collaborate to make a Pikachu that will be presented to the school!

    MAGIC

    Strategic Magic promotes public speaking through the performance art of magic! Students will learn all new magic tricks and routines! Participants will craft some of their own magic gear to take home! Children will learn motor skills, team work, performance & presentation skills and much more! Students will present their favorite magic tricks at the end of the session. New & returning students welcomed! Each child will receive a magic gift and certification of participation on the last day.

    YOUTH SPEED AND AGILITY PROGRAM

    The Youth Speed and Agility program is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athletics in a fun, positive and high success environment. Our curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention and long-term enjoyment of sports program.

    CHEMISTRY CREATORS WITH DISCOVERING SCIENCE

    Get ready to explore the amazing world of Chemistry! This all new session is packed with freezing cold compounds, and bubbling potions. Prepare to discover the elements of the periodic table, as we see real controlled mini-explosions and smoking reactions! Create your own Candy Cell that teaches us about the building blocks of life! All of our junior chemists will even get to hold a cloud and create their own COMET, while safely observing dry ice! Hydro-Bubble creations, Fizzing foam formations and much more will make this our most exciting class yet!

    If your child loves solving mysteries, then this is the class for them! Students will learn about finger printing and will make their very own shoe print! Join us as we scavenge the campus looking for clues!

    CARTOON & IMAGINATION DRAWING/PAINTING WITH MRS. VOGEL

    Come draw with us and learn how to create your favorite cartoon and game characters. Each week we will focus on drawing popular culture figures from movies, cartoons and games. We will also create our own cartoon strip, characters and story. Enhance your drawing skills using a variety of media including pens, markers, charcoal, pastel and watercolor. Students will take home a project each week.
  • FLAG FOOTBALL

    Join Coach Joel for flag football. Students will learn the fundamentals of receiving, throwing and kicking. There will be weekly inter-squad games.

    Academic Chess is BACK with NEW LESSONS! We use exciting stories to teach chess concepts in a way that makes it easy to remember and fun to learn! We use chess to teach many life skills and children will learn an amazing game that is played all around the world! Lessons are tailored to the skill level of the student.

    Coach Joel will teach the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting the basketball. Three on three plays will be introduced as well as other games and drills that will develop your child’s abilities.

    Little Aces Tennis is a fun and exciting tennis program specially designed for boys and girls 10 & under. By using smaller courts, nets, rackets, and special balls, your child will learn how to play tennis instantly, even if they have never picked up a racket before! Children learn in a fun and exciting teaching environment with former Stanford NCAA Champion and USTA National Coach, Debbie Graham Shaffer, while learning tennis specific skills and proper technique.

    PRESCHOOL BLOCKS OF FUN WITH LEGO® - A TRIP TO THE ZOO & ALL ABOUT ME!

    Introduce your preschooler to the fun of learning, building and playing the Bricks 4 Kidz® way! For the first five weeks, learn about everyday things around the house, such as keys, mailboxes and lamps then build them using DUPLO® bricks! Then It’s All About Me for the second five weeks, where preschoolers build a face and x-ray learning about emotions and their body. This class introduces developmentally-appropriate concepts such as counting and patterning, recognizing colors and shapes, ordering, positional words all with the use of LEGO® DUPLO blocks and full-color model plans.

    SOCCER & GOLF

    Safety and sportsmanship score big in this fun combination of golf and soccer! Emphasis will be placed on team play and responsibility.
