Re-Enrollment Homestay Renewal Contact
To re-enroll in Homestay, please sign and return the following form: Student Homestay Renewal Contract 2017/2018
Keep for your reference. It is very important that we receive all of the required information on the attached documents, including:
– Your most current phone numbers
– Your most current email address(es)
– Parent/Guardian signature on page 1 of contract
International students not staying in Fairmont Homestay need to fill out the following forms:
Please make arrangements to pay your child’s re-enrollment deposit by wiring the funds to Fairmont or by paying via credit card. We will also accept a check or credit card payment from your child if he or she would like to stop by our Admissions Office.
Please carefully review, complete and sign the attached documents and return to us no later than March 10, 2017. You may fax the forms to the Admissions Office at (714) 999-5026 or scan the documents and send them as an email attachment to my attention email@example.com.
This is an important part of Fairmont’s re-enrollment process and we appreciate your cooperation. We must receive your completed forms and deposit payment in order to secure your child’s enrollment for the coming academic year. Re-enrollment contracts for the 2018/19 school year are now available via My BackPack. In order to secure a place for your student for the upcoming school year, please log into My BackPack to complete the enrollment process. All enrollment contracts must be completed on or before March 1, 2018. After this date, Fairmont will open its doors to new families for the 2018/19 school year.
Families are required to indicate their student’s housing selection for the 2018-19 school year, and submit all necessary supplemental forms.
Starting March 5, you will receive housing forms and additional materials for completion. These items are required and must be received by the school no later than April 9, 2018.
Please note that the enrollment contract must be completed by the student’s parent or legal guardian. These forms cannot be completed by hosts.
